I'm a proud mum to five beautiful children and the face behind Bespoke Cakes & Bakes. I started this little business while on maternity leave during lockdown in 2020, and it’s grown from a passion into something truly special.
Before launching my home-based bakery, I spent over 15 years in the professional pastry world – including time as a Head Pastry Chef at a 4-star hotel in Surrey. My journey began at college when I was just 16, and even took me to France for patisserie training, where I honed my skills to work in 4- and 5-star hotels.
Baking has always been close to my heart. One of my fondest childhood memories is baking with my nan nearly every weekend – it's those moments that sparked a lifelong love for creating delicious treats.
Now, from my 5⭐ hygiene-rated home kitchen, I'm proud to bake cakes and sweet treats for every occasion – all made with care, creativity, and that homemade touch.
